Bringing Luck My Way

 I seem to be out of luck...looked left and right and couldn't figure out how to bring it back so I made these two frames.  The peacock feather designs were created using REAL henna!

One-of-a-kind.... 

So maybe it's wishful thinking that luck will come back to me with these frames....but luck is serendipitous in that way!  Let me know if you have any extra luck lying around so that I can borrow some.

Another jellyfish painting ----- I love my newest sea creature.  What do you all think?  The cool thing is that I made it using henna!

A Giddy Feeling

I stayed up all night working on this painting.  I lost count of how many hours it took me to finish the henna design..... But the painting looks awesome!  It makes me giddy everytime I look at it.  So, that's why I finally wrote a post.  The painting is 10x32inches.

Swirly Sunset

Just added a new painting on etsy that I am so excited about --- it combines acrylic, henna, and fabric all into one!!!! I was thinking I should make more of these paintings in different sizes.

Out of Fresh Ideas

How to Add Spice to Life!!!!

Recently I've been feeling so out of touch with inner self.  Often, I feel like I'm going through the motions but not enjoying anything.  So with the intention to add spice to my life, I did 5 henna projects last night ----- I have been so crazy busy at work that I haven't been able to do any henna art.  Getting some henna in my hands was so awesome.  Just relieved all of my work stress!!!
